1. Is your "to do" list getting longer and longer?

I don't have a "to do" list. I'm in overwhelm!

I get everything done that I put on my list.

I'm always putting off things on my list.

2. Are you aware of your strengths and using them to your fullest potential?

I choose the challenges in my life based on my strengths.

My work and relationships are not challenging. I am underutilizing my strong points.

I have never thought about what my strengths are.

3. Have you put your dreams on hold?

I have lots of responsibilities right now. I don't think about my dreams much.

I am living my dreams exactly how I imagined. My life is great!

I don't have any dreams.

4. Are you having physical symptoms of stress?

I don't have unmanageable stress and really feel healthy and energetic.

I am often tired, short tempered and generally irritable. Relaxation would help me to recover.

I have gained weight, and feel anxious much of the time. I don't know why.

5. Do you pick comfort over challenge when making choices?

I am bored unless I am being challenged.

I am lazy and it is difficult to imagine changing that.

I gravitate towards my comfortable habits because I already have a busy life. It's easier.

6. Do you have the amount of time you would like for friends and family?

I have time for leisurely "get togethers" with my relatives and friends throughout the year.

My main contacts are at work.

I stay in touch with my family and friends via quick emails, but I'm usually too busy to call.

7. Are there things in your life that you could change right now for the better?

I'm not sure, I'd have to think about that.

There are a couple of things I could think of that I would like to change.

Things are perfect right now.

8. Are there things that you do to sabotage yourself?

I have certain destructive patterns that would be difficult to change.

I almost never follow through to get what I want.

I am good at overcoming obstacles and don't let things get in the way.

9. Are you able to see things in a positive way and see the steps that need to be taken to get things done?

I am very organized and can break things into manageable tasks.

I usually get defeated by my negative ideas.

I avoid things that are too complicated. I don't like the feeling of being overwhelmed by large tasks.

10. Have you benefited from an outside perspective?

I often run things by my friends. Sometimes they can help and sometimes they miss the point.

I have learned the most from getting new, fresh perspectives on my issues.

I don't trust people to listen to me. I usually work things out on my own.
